Financing

We have several financial policy options available for your convenience to receive proper dental care. We have found that our patients appreciate knowing exactly what dental financial responsibilities they will incur. Therefore, we inform our patients about our financial policies before we begin treatment. Knowing this ahead of time allows us all to arrange for the completion of the necessary dental treatment.

The Quality Dental Plan

No Insurance? No Worries! The Quality Dental Plan has you covered. Quality Dental Plan is a reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and families -just like yours- to receive quality dental services at prices that make sense in today's economy. Dental Insurance Financing

Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental expenses. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due at the time treatment is performed. Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. The patient is still the responsible party regarding dental fees. We will be glad to process your insurance forms at no charge. Please be aware that we are only capable of approximating your portion due to the large number of insurance companies and to their periodic changes within their contracts without notifying each dental office of these changes.

A 5% accounting reduction for payment in full by cash or check - before treatment is rendered.

Senior Citizen Discounts

For our patients 65 years or older, we offer a 10% cash discount for payment at time of service.

Gradual Treatment Plan

If it will be easier financially for those patients without dental insurance, we can plan the completion of your dental work by spreading your appointments over several months or years. We will arrange to do the more urgent services at the beginning of treatment.

Special Financing

Our office also works with CareCredit, a dental finance company, to assist you with your payments. For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a three-, six- or 12- month period. Finance company approval must be obtained prior to starting your treatment.

Infection Control

In these days of concern about the spread of infectious diseases, we want you to know that the protection of our patients is the top priority in our office. We do everything possible to assure the sterility and safety of our working environment.  

This is our commitment to you.

We follow the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control, the National Institute of Health, and the American Dental Association.  We continually review updates of infection control materials and techniques so that we can achieve our goals by using the newest and best methods.
 
We continually work on our patient protection systems. Between each patient, the treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and wiped down with surface disinfectants. The instruments are put through ultrasonic scrubbing and then wrapped and sterilized in a large, pressurized, chemical autoclave. Since we wrap our instruments, they are never touched again before the actual set-up in a treatment room. Gloves and masks are always used. Handpieces (drills) are always sterilized. Prophy angles (the polishing cups we use during cleanings) are disposable for single use only. We use other disposable products whenever possible to eliminate cross contamination. We disinfect our waterlines and use purified water while we work.
